About KitUp Training

Our Mission
KitUp Training provides learning spaces that help professionals and organizations build confidence and develop capabilities.

KitUp Training was founded in 2023 to bring you affordable, adaptable, and people-focused learning. The learning experience must be adaptive, participatory, and exploratory. We blend best practices across fields from coaching, adult learning, people-focused management, and self-improvement for a holistic approach to personal growth and professional learning.

We help our participants boost confidence, think more expansively, and go farther in their personal lives, careers, businesses, and pursuits. Whether you are in the classroom, conference room, cornfields or a cafe, we must all navigate the complexities of interpersonal relationships, motivations, and obligations.

We start with the human first - learning together is bound in respect, equity, empowerment, and growth.

We offer sessions open to all and customizable workshops for organizations in topics from management, leadership, action planning and career development.

Coaching

One-on-one and team coaching help narrow down on specific concepts and create a dedicated space to develop and grow.

Consulting & Org Development

We help organizations and teams start and grow strong. We help you with strategic planning, team development, and manager training.

KitUp Contributors are an essential part of our learning community and the improvement of the KitUp learning experience.     - An advocate for empowering immigrant/refugee communities. through the power of storytelling.
    - Passions also include astrology, tarot, & film/media criticism.

  • Xai/Sai Yang | LMSW
    - Counseling, community organizing & public policy a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
    - Passion for working with diverse and underserved populations.
    - BS of Social Work at St. Cloud State University & MS of Social Work at Columbia University.
    - Enjoys reading, meditating, self-care, & spending time with his nearly 30 nieces and nephews.
